We are a working garage on Ongar Road, Kelvedon Hatch — not a trader with a pitch and a mobile number. Nothing goes on the forecourt until it has been serviced, MOT prepared, faults put right and properly valeted — to the standard we hold our customers’ vehicles to. You are buying from people who know what a van needs, and who are still here afterwards.

Most small dealers buy at auction, wash it, and put it out. We cannot do that — we spend the rest of the week servicing cars and vans for people who live locally, and who would soon tell us if we sold them something we had not looked at properly.
So every vehicle gets a full service, an MOT preparation and test, and a proper valet before it is listed, and the work carried out is written on the listing. If something needed doing, it got done. If a vehicle has marks or history worth knowing about, it is in the description rather than left for you to find.
Afterwards, you are not on your own either. Aftercare is not part of the price, but we are on your doorstep: we can service it, prepare and arrange its MOT, repair it and valet it — and a warranty can be purchased separately.

We always tell you which. Every van listing shows plainly whether the price is no VAT, plus VAT or VAT included, and where VAT is payable we show the total including VAT next to it. Vans are where VAT confusion costs people money, so we take the guesswork out of it.
